The two suspects taken into police custody after a quadbike crash have been discharged on conditional bail. After a quadbike was found upside-down on the A465 near Rhymney in Blaenau Gwent at 04:50 BST, a 20-year-old man from Brynmawr was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene.A man aged 40 from Merthyr Tydfil was arrested on suspicion of murdering someone, driving while drunk and driving while high on drugs.
Police had arrested a 37-year-old man from Merthyr Tydfil on suspicion of perverting the course of justice and helping an offender. They have each been allowed out on bail until the investigation is complete.Police think there was another car, a white BMW found burned out in Dowlais, that might have been linked to the crash.Officers encouraged anyone present at the location at that time to get in touch.
