A man was found in a car park unconscious from a head injury.

Police detectives are questioning people as they visit nearby homes following a man’s discovery in a unconscious in a Devon car park with a very serious head injury.Police officers are looking for witnesses following their call to Russell Street Car Park in Tavistock at 04:00 BST.In Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall Police stated that a 45-year-old man was severely injured at Derriford Hospital.Officer Det Emma Lefort stated that police are searching for witnesses who saw or heard anything strange around the area between midnight and 4:30.

The police said there will be more officers in the area and officers will keep watch over the car park while conducting house-to-house checks.If anyone has CCTV or dashcam footage, he or she should contact the police.
